SPS Commerce Appoints New COO

SPS Commerce Appoints New COO Minneapolis, Minn., Nov. 17, 2008 – Leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) trading partner integration center provider, SPS Commerce, announced today that Mike Gray has joined the company as its Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Executive Vice President. With more than 27 years of experience working with SaaS technology and operations, Mr. Gray will set SPS Commerce’s operational and technology strategy, deliver industry-leading customer support, and advance SPS’ solutions using the latest technologies for continual improvement and quality.

 

Prior to joining SPS, Mr. Gray served as Chief Technology Officer at IDeaS, a provider of SaaS applications for revenue management. At IDeaS, he led a global team who were responsible for the company’s data center, infrastructure development, application development, quality, and technology business development. Mr. Gray has also served in various leadership and technical positions during more than 20 years at Thomson Reuters and West Publishing, delivering SaaS solutions to the legal and publishing communities.
