SPS Commerce, Leading Web-based EDI Service Provider Appoints Former Amazon.com Financial Executive as its New CFOMinneapolis, Minn., Nov 27, 2007 - SPS Commerce, the leading provider of Web-based EDI services announced today that Kim Nelson has joined the company as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Ms. Nelson will set SPS Commerce’s financial strategy including planning and budgeting, as well as manage the company’s communications with its investors and the financial community at large.

Prior to joining SPS, Ms. Nelson served as Finance Director at Amazon.com. During her seven years at Amazon.com, she managed the investor relations department, overseeing quarterly communications of financial results, shareholder meetings, and SEC documents. In addition, Ms. Nelson held financial leadership positions in its Worldwide Applications and Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis groups.
