As president and CEO of SPS Commerce since 2001, Archie Black has led the company to become a recognized leader in retail cloud services with the industry’s largest retail network and more than 50 consecutive quarters of increased revenues.
 
Archie is a cloud computing pioneer and has helped SPS Commerce transform the retail industry by replacing traditional enterprise software with a more responsive, agile retail platform. Under his leadership, SPS Commerce has grown from a groundbreaking, disruptive idea into a global powerhouse with the largest retail network and the industry’s first integrated suite of products architected for today’s omnichannel retail market. 
 
He is the recipient of numerous awards including EY Entrepreneur of the Year and the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s Titans of Technology, and is a frequent presenter at industry, investor and academic events.
 
He has a Bachelor of Science from Marquette University.
As chief operating officer at SPS Commerce, Jim Frome oversees global strategy, sales, marketing, technology and customer success. Since joining the company in 2000, he has helped thousands of retailers, suppliers and logistics companies advance their trading partner relationships using a suite of cloud-based solutions powered by the industry’s largest retail network. 
 
Jim has authored many retail publications including Retail Networks for Dummies and Retail Networks: The Answer to Omnichannel Integration, and has been recognized with many industry honors for his leadership and vision.
 
He has more than two decades of industry experience in marketing, sales and product strategy for global companies, having served in executive and leadership roles at Sterling Software, Information Advantage and IBM.
 
Jim has a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
 
As chief financial officer at SPS Commerce since 2007, Kim Nelson is responsible for leading the company’s finance organization, including fostering relationships with bankers and research analysts and advancing the company's financial strategy. Under her financial leadership, SPS Commerce held its initial public offering on April 21, 2010, and she continues to provide the insight, governance and strategy that drives the company’s growth. 
 
As a result, SPS Commerce was named a 2015 Forbes Most Trustworthy Companies in America as a business most trusted by investors and shareholders. Kim was also named CFO of the Year by the Minneapolis/ St. Paul Business Journal in 2010.
 
Prior to joining SPS Commerce, she led Amazon's investor relations department and held other financial leadership positions in financial planning, analysis and forecasting. Before Amazon, she held financial management positions at Pillsbury (now General Mills) and Nestle.
 
Kim has a Bachelor of Science in finance from Babson College, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
 
As vice president of human resources & corporate services since 2015, Mike Carey is responsible for advancing the company’s leadership by growing, developing and retaining the global workforce.
 
Prior to joining SPS, Mike served in executive roles at American Express Financial Advisors, Datacard Group, Korn Ferry and Chandler Group Executive Search. His leadership in human resources supported these high-growth organizations to develop bold new businesses and new market categories. 
 
Mike has a Bachelor of Arts in accounting & business management from the University of St. Thomas and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
As chief customer success officer, Beth Jacob is responsible for defining and managing the company’s customer treatment strategy across all products and services worldwide. 
 
Prior to joining SPS in 2015, she held executive positions at Target and Ameriprise Financial, and began her career at Dayton Hudson Department Stores. She has more than 25 years of experience in scaling global operations to serve rapidly expanding customer bases. 
 
Beth has a Bachelor of Science in retail management from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
 
As chief sales officer at SPS Commerce, Dan Juckniess is responsible for the company’s sales strategy for all SPS products across the full spectrum of customers in the SPS Retail Network and oversees the sales management and team. 
 
Dan has more than 20 years of experience in executive and leadership roles spanning enterprise cloud services, educational technology and business information solutions. He excels in partnering with customers to understand their challenges and providing cloud-based solutions that deliver new efficiencies and business opportunities.  
 
He has achieved substantial revenue growth and led transformative sales, customer service and marketing organizations for market leaders including Edmentum and Thomson Reuters. 
 
Dan has a Bachelor of Arts in business administration and marketing from the University of St. Thomas.
 
As chief technology officer since 2013, Jamie Thingelstad leads the growth and development of the company’s technology platform, including its global product development teams and data center operations. 
 
Prior to joining SPS Commerce, Jamie served as CTO/COO at 8thBridge, a social commerce startup, and as CTO for the Wall Street Journal Digital Network, as well as the enterprise division of Dow Jones. In these roles, he was responsible for platforms that served millions of users worldwide with 24/7 availability.
 
He is the recipient of numerous awards including the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s Titans of Technology, and is a frequent presenter at technology events.
 
As chief marketing officer, Peter Zaballos oversees all aspects of the company's marketing and product management, and is responsible for creating business value from the company's market leadership and innovative technology.
 
Prior to joining the company, Peter held executive leadership positions in marketing, business development and product management at StudyBlue and RealNetworks. He also served as vice president at Frazier Technology Ventures where he sourced, evaluated and managed early-stage investments in the consumer and enterprise web services sectors.
 
He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Masters (SM) in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management.
